Welcome to VO2 Mix Audio Post, a multi award winning audio post production and sound design company. Led by Terry Wedel, a veteran sound recordist, audio mixer and sound designer, VO2 Mix has been working with many of Canada’s top production companies and advertising agencies since 1999. Crafting impactful audio for television programmes, advertising and corporate media is our passion.

After over 20 years working in our downtown Toronto studios, VO2 Mix Audio Post has gone virtual and proudly offers audio editing, audio mixing, voice recording and sound design from our remote studio. We are experienced, creative and willing to think outside the box. Our goal is to collaborate with our clients to produce audio mixes that help tell their stories and bring their vision to life.

Our studio is equipped with Pro Tools Ultimate for audio editing and mixing, and a THX licensed 5.1 surround sound system for monitoring.

We offer voice recording services via Source Connect allowing us to record talent from around the world directly from their home studios or your studio facility of choice.

We have over 23 years experience recording, editing, sound designing and mixing broadcast and digital spots for a wide variety of clients including national brands like RBC, Toyota, Rexall, American Express, Bitcoin.com, Telus and Spin Master to name just a few.

We source and record narration, and provide sound design and audio mixing for corporate communication, educational and instructional videos. Recent corporate projects completed for GE, Air Canada, Spin Master, The Ontario Aerospace Industry, Loblaws, and the Government of Ontario.

Television Programs and Film

VO2 Mix Audio Post has provided audio post services for award winning animated series such as “Xavier Riddle and the Secret Museum” (Brown Bag Films/PBS), “Clifford the Big Red Dog”, “Peg and Cat” (9Story Entertainment/PBS), as well as pre-school favourites such as “Cutie Pugs” and “The Canada Crew” (Little Engine/TVO)

We have been the audio post home for award winning factual series such as “You Gotta Eat Here” (Corus/Lone Eagle Entertainment), “John Catucci’s Big Food Bucket List” (Corus/Lone Eagle Entertainment), “Mantracker” (Bonterra/OLN) and CBC’s “Canada’s Smartest Person”.

We have also been the audio post home for hundreds of episodes of true crime television as well as many documentary programs and films including a Gemini Award winner for best sound: “The Musical Brain” featuring Daniel Levitan and Sting.
